Coaching helps people clarify and plan course of action for change. We offer business or personal coaching. The process involves exploring ongoing challenges and co-creatively  working to implement solutions.  A typical coaching session last 45-60 minutes as and when it is needed. Frequency can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly meetings. First session is complementary and we will discuss your challenges, hopes, aspirations and time frame.

Meeting options are face to face, Phone or online.  We also facilitate group workshops.
